It is a great joy and a true privilege to welcome you to Saint Mary School. As I begin my service as principal, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to become part of this wonderful school community and to walk alongside our students, families, faculty, and our parishes

At the heart of everything we do at Saint Mary’s is Jesus Christ. We are not simply a school that teaches about the Catholic faith—we are a Catholic community seeking to know, love, and serve Christ in all that we do. Our mission is to form young people who are grounded in truth, strengthened by virtue, devoted to their faith, and prepared to use their God-given gifts in service to others.

I believe deeply in the unique gift of Catholic education. A child should leave school not only knowing more, but becoming more: more virtuous, more curious, more confident, more compassionate, and more deeply aware of his or her dignity as a beloved child of God. Academic excellence and spiritual formation are not competing goals at a Catholic school; they belong together.

As we begin this new chapter at Saint Mary’s, I am committed to building a school culture marked by faith, excellence, joy, and genuine community. I want our school to be a place where children are known and loved, where teachers are supported and inspired, where parents feel welcomed and heard, and where our Catholic identity is evident in both the extraordinary moments and the ordinary details of daily life.

I also believe that a great school is built in partnership. Our parents are the primary educators of their children, and the relationship between home, school, and parish is essential to the flourishing of our students. I look forward to listening to our families, learning from those who have been part of Saint Mary’s for many years, and working together to build upon the many good things already present here.

There is much to be excited about. We have an opportunity to strengthen what is already good, address what needs attention, and pursue a clear vision for the future of Saint Mary’s. Above all, we will entrust this work to God, remembering that the school ultimately belongs to Him.

My prayer is that every child who walks through our doors encounters not only excellent teachers and a challenging education, but also something greater: the love of Christ and the beauty of His Church.
